Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine, instilled by the progressive thinking of my grandfather and mother from an early age. Despite enjoying a fulfilling career in fashion retail, I realised that my true calling lay in helping others achieve optimal health and well-being.

Having experienced firsthand the pressures of a demanding corporate career, I understand the importance of prioritising personal well-being amidst life's challenges. Stepping into midlife brought significant changes, prompting me to explore ways to enhance my own vitality and resilience through lifestyle and nutritional adjustments.

Navigating this journey, I encountered the need for supportive guidance, spurring my desire to assist others on their paths to better health.
